The template library
The template library is a comprehensive collection of prompt templates that you can use immediately as prompts or as a basis for further customization. Beck-Noxtua provides you with predefined templates developed and tested in practice by legal experts.
How to use the template library
You can access the template library by clicking the "Templates" button below the chat.
The Library divides templates into three sections:
All templates, meaning an overview of all templates regardless of who created them.
Templates created within your organization, meaning by you or users within your Beck-Noxtua environment.
Templates provided by Beck-Noxtua. Click on this section to open a list of various categories with predefined templates.
Please note that Beck-Noxtua's templates are continuously expanded and optimized to provide you with more effective prompts covering more use cases.
How to use a library template
To use a template from the Library, simply click on the corresponding template so it's automatically inserted as a prompt in your chat. Depending on the use case, you can then edit the prompt in the chat window and upload additional documents.
Please note:
Templates created within your organization can only be created, deleted, and edited by users with the template manager role.

Predefined templates from Beck-Noxtua can only be applied, not deleted or edited.
How the template library simplifies your daily work
The biggest advantage of the template library is that you can start immediately with a validated prompt without starting from scratch. Either this template serves as a starting point for further optimization, or it's ready to use and delivers practical results right away.
All templates are available to you at no additional cost.
