Introduction

You have a Noxtua account or an invitation, and you are about to open Noxtua for the first time. By the end of this article you will have signed in to the correct workspace using your publisher's login, and you'll know how Noxtua keeps you signed in.

What you need

  • An account or an invitation email. Your account belongs to your publisher / provider (for example, Blendow-Noxtua). The invitation tells you which one to choose.

  • Your login details for that provider. These are either the credentials of your account with that publisher / provider or your IdP, if it's available for your publisher (for example, your Microsoft work account).

  • A supported browser with cookies and pop-ups enabled for Noxtua.

  • A user role within an organization. No admin role is required to log in. Your account must be assigned to an organization; otherwise, the login is rejected.

Orientation: How to log in

Every login follows the same flow: you pick a Provider, then sign in on that provider's page. Here it is at a glance; the detailed steps follow below.

Log in through your publisher using your credentials or IdP

  1. Select your publisher / provider from the Provider list (for example, Blendow-Noxtua).

  2. You see the login screen of your provider.

  3. Sign in with the credentials of your account with this publisher / provider, or with your IdP if it's available for your publisher.

  4. Done. Noxtua opens.

Step by step

  1. Open Noxtua in your browser at the address in your invitation email.

  2. On the Welcome to Noxtua screen, open the Provider list.

  3. Select your publisher / provider.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. On the sign-in page, sign in with the credentials of your account with this publisher / provider, or use your IdP if it's available for your publisher.

  6. Wait for Noxtua to open. You land on the page you started on or in a new chat.

Noxtua remembers your provider in this browser. Next time, it is preselected, and if you're still signed in to your provider, Noxtua opens without showing the form at all.

Common pitfalls

Your password is rejected, or you land in an empty workspace. Log out, then select the publisher / provider named in your invitation, not the general Noxtua one.

Noxtua doesn't ask for your email on its own screen. You choose a provider, and the provider's page then asks for your login.

If you sign in through your publisher's IdP, there is no Noxtua password to reset. Use your IdP account, and ask your IT team if it's locked.

The list didn't load. Click Retry; if it keeps failing, check your connection or VPN.

Click Sign in in the dialog. Your page and draft remain as they are. Allow pop-ups for Noxtua, or the sign-in will replace the page instead.

You remain signed in for up to 72 hours without activity and for at most 30 days in total. Some firms set shorter limits.

On shared computers, use Log out in the account menu, not just closing the tab.

Next step

Write your first legal prompt: ask Noxtua your first question and read the cited answer.
