Role management in Beck-Noxtua

With the self‑service role management feature, organizations using Beck‑Noxtua can independently assign and revoke Template Admin roles. This article explains who can use the feature and how to set up the role management.

What is the Template Admin role? 

Users with the Template Admin role can edit and delete the organization’s existing templates or create new ones for the entire organization. Users without this role can only use existing templates.

Who can use role management?

Self‑service role management is available only to users who hold the Account Admin role (“self‑admin”) in beck‑online. Only the Account Admin (“self‑admin”) can grant or revoke Template Admin roles in Beck‑Noxtua. 


Step-by-step guide


  1. Open Beck‑Noxtua and sign in. 

  2. In the left area of the interface, go to the “Account” section.

  3. Choose Settings. 



  1. Here you will find the role management. Activate the Template Admin role by checking the corresponding box (square) next to your person's email address.



  1. Once this permission has been granted, role management will be updated automatically.


Benefits of self-service role management


  1. Role changes can be made immediately without contacting support. 

  2. No waiting time or manual processing by Beck‑Noxtua. 

  3. Full control over permissions within your own organization. 


Note

If you would like to enable this functionality, please contact your customer support advisor. They will ensure that at least one user in your organization is set up with the required administrator permissions.
